Wow! Do you remember what you were doing in high school? I was playing sports (basketball), singing in the chorus, playing in the band, and basically keeping my parents jumping. After all I was a very self-centered teenager.
While I have no clue what kind of teenager Robert Pierre is, I will say he is extremely talented! I'm All In is his third studio album and this young man just graduated from high school. I'd say that's pretty impressive. Add to that, Robert wrote or co-wrote 10 out of the 11 songs on the album.
I've had this CD playing in my truck now for the last week and I love it as do my boys. It's easy to forget that Robert is only 18 years old. Here's a great video from his website that explains the album and you can hear the songs playing in the background.
I have a few favorites and I'm already finding myself singing along.
And here are some words from Robert himself to explain the project:
“All of the songs have something to do with things I was going through my senior year,” Robert said of I’m All In, “preparing to say goodbye to friends and not really knowing what would come next, but finding comfort and peace in the Lord’s plan for my life. The Bible talks about how the eyes of the Lord are searching to and fro throughout the earth, searching for someone whose heart is wholly His, someone He can strongly support. This CD is me saying, ‘I’m all in.’”
You can find out more about Robert on his website or his Facebook page. His album releases tomorrow, July 26th, and you can find it on Amazon.

Oh thank goodness! I'm not here all alone. Thanks for leaving me a comment. It helps that I'm not always talking to myself. Right? Hello?
