{Review} The Grace Card (and giveaway)

 

Life can change in an instant. What happens next? What if it were a parents worse nightmare and you lost a child? How would that affect your life?

The Grace Card - now out on DVD - takes on that very story. Mac McDonald loses a child and then spends the next 17 years allowing the bitterness he feels to push away from his wife, his remaining child (who was only an infant when his brother died) and anyone else who tries to get close. What happens when he finally realizes he's about to lose everything? 

This was one of the most powerful movies I have watched in a long time. In fact, 24 hours later I am still trying to figure out if I could live out "the grace card" in my own life. Probably not - well, not without God's grace flowing through me. I highly recommend checking out the movie if you have the chance. It's well worth the time to watch it. Here's a peak at the trailer:
