I suppose I should "check in" so to speak. Unfortunatley, I did not loose any weight this week. However, I did not GAIN any either. For me this is awesome. I'm happy with that. My weight has pretty much stayed the same for the last six months. I have broken through that & I have lost 1.5 pounds since starting this challenge. That's GOOD! And if I look to what my highest weight was...I have lost nine pounds in the last year. I'm happy with that. Overall I have much further to go, but for now, I'm okay with it.
I'll be working harder to stay on track this week & I'm sure I'll be able to post a loss next Friday! This does mean I will not meet the monthly goal I set for myself. However, I should meet it shorterly after the turn of the month & that's fine by me.
