Another August Birthday

The last of the August birthdays was my MIL at the end of the month. I decided - at the last minute - to throw together a batch of congo bars. To make them a bit more festive, I added M&M's on top that spell out "Happy Birthday" (you have to look REALLY closely to tell though!). I liked the added yum of the M&M's. My MIL was a great sport & even "blew" out her candles. ::big grin::
